To use the app, users must register with:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You may delete your account at any time.

You retain full ownership and copyright of all content you upload — including photos, notes, diary entries, and any personal data.
By using Souldrafts, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We will never share or sell your data.

4. Payments & Subscriptions
SoulDrafts offers three subscription options:
Monthly Subscription
6-Month Subscription
12-Month Subscription
Subscription terms:
- Monthly, 6-month, and yearly plans are available.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions can be managed and cancelled in your App Store account settings.
- Once purchased, subscriptions for 6-month or yearly plans cannot be refunded for the remaining period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Violate any laws or third-party rights
Upload unlawful or harmful content
Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the app
Use Souldrafts for any unauthorized commercial purpose

Your use of the app is governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to compliance with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and CalOPPA.

All content created by Souldrafts — including the name, logo, app design, layout, features, and software — is the exclusive property of Souldrafts.
You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any of Souldrafts’ proprietary content without written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from the app.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Souldrafts is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, regardless of where you access the app.
