Welcome to SoulDrafts. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the SoulDrafts mobile application, website, and related services (“Service”). By accessing or using SoulDrafts, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SoulDrafts, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SoulDrafts.

By using the Service, you confirm that:

  • You meet the minimum age requirement in your region

  • You have the legal capacity to accept these Terms

  • You will use the Service in compliance with applicable laws

SoulDrafts is not intended for children under 13 without parental consent.

3. User Accounts

To use SoulDrafts, you must create an account using:

  • A valid email address

  • A secure password

  • (Optional) A username or display name

You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential.

You may delete your account at any time directly inside the app.

4. User Content & Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you upload, including:

  • Notes

  • Journal entries

  • Photos

  • Vision boards

  • Logs and templates

  • Any other personal or creative content

SoulDrafts does not claim ownership of your data.

By using the Service, you grant SoulDrafts a limited, revocable license to store and process your content solely to provide app functionality.

We will never sell or share your personal content.

We do not access or view your private content except:

  • When you explicitly request technical support requiring limited access

  • When required by law

5. Payments & Subscriptions (In-App Purchases Only)

SoulDrafts Premium subscriptions are available exclusively through:

  • Apple App Store – In-App Purchase (IAP)

  • Google Play – Google Play Billing

SoulDrafts does not offer external or website-based subscription payments.

Subscription Terms

  • Monthly, 6-month, and yearly plans may be offered

  • Subscriptions renew automatically

  • Renewal is charged to your Apple or Google payment method

  • You may manage or cancel your subscription only through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings

SoulDrafts does not process or store payment card details.
All billing, refunds, and payment methods are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their policies.

6. Gift Card Terms (Stripe Payments)

SoulDrafts offers optional gift cards that can be purchased securely via Stripe on our website.

Gift cards:

  • Include a unique activation code

  • Are delivered by email within 24 hours

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Cannot be refunded once delivered

  • Do not expire

  • Cannot be used to renew existing in-app subscriptions

  • Are activated manually after the user submits the code

Lost or stolen codes cannot be replaced once redeemed.

Gift card payments are processed through Stripe; SoulDrafts does not store card details.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws

  • Upload harmful, abusive, or illegal content

  • Attempt to disrupt or hack the Service

  • Reverse-engineer or misuse the app

  • Use SoulDrafts for unauthorized commercial purposes

  • Interfere with other users or the app infrastructure

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Privacy

Your use of SoulDrafts is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data in compliance with:

  • GDPR (EU/EEA)

  • CCPA/CPRA (California)

  • CalOPPA

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data at any time by contacting info@souldraftsapp.com.

9. Intellectual Property – SoulDrafts

All SoulDrafts intellectual property, including:

  • The app name, brand, and logo

  • App design and user interface

  • Templates, features, and tools

  • Software and related materials

belongs exclusively to SoulDrafts.

Users may not:

  • Copy

  • Modify

  • Distribute

  • Sell

  • Reproduce

any SoulDrafts intellectual property without written permission.

This does not affect your ownership of your personal content.

10. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your Premium access will remain active until that date.

Important:

  • Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play are managed exclusively by Apple or Google.

  • SoulDrafts cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

  • SoulDrafts cannot issue refunds for in-app purchases.

  • Early cancellation, partial refunds, or billing adjustments are subject solely to Apple’s or Google’s policies.

  • Apple and Google may allow users to request refunds directly through their respective platforms, but this process is fully controlled by the app store, not SoulDrafts.

11. Termination

SoulDrafts may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time within the app.

Upon deletion:

  • All personal data and content will be permanently removed

  • This action cannot be undone

  • Subscription cancellation must be done separately through your Apple or Google account settings

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

SoulDrafts is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

  • We are not responsible for data loss caused by user error, device issues, or third-party failures

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

13. Service Availability

We strive to maintain consistent availability, but we do not guarantee:

  • Continuous operation

  • No downtime

  • Error-free performance

Maintenance, updates, and outages may occur.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SoulDrafts from any claims or damages arising from:

  • Your use of the Service

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your infringement of third-party rights

15. Force Majeure

SoulDrafts is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Internet outages

  • Technical failures

  • Government actions

  • War or unrest

16. Modifications to the Service & Terms

We may update these Terms or modify the Service at any time.
Changes will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of SoulDrafts constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, regardless of your location.
